Can't Plan Ahead?
Now you can pre-pay for monthly parties and decide the day of the party!

Send a check to the address shown above for the total amount of parties wanting to prepay
If 5 parties are paid for at one time, a free party will be included (pay for 5 get the 6th party FREE!)
No expiration date for parties pre-paid
Party Chairman will keep a record of member’s name and the total parties pre-paid
Party Chairman will subtract one party from total as parties are attended and will remind member when he had one party left
Treasurer will keep the Party Chairman informed of member’s name and amount of parties paid
Members pre-paid will be required to call the MAFIA cell phone 773-841-6234 no later than 7pm the day of the party to put name on the party list
Not for Black Hole or AGM parties.
